NYC skyline, Ellis Island, and Statue of Liberty right after sunrise.
I was in Los Angeles until after Christmas and then ended up in NYC on New Year's Eve during the day. A friend of mine needed to pick up a car part that was too expensive to ship, so we took off at 11pm on December 30th and got back to Buffalo at 3pm on New Year's Eve.
It was a cool feeling getting so close to Ellis Island, somewhere my ancestors first stepped foot 100 years ago from Europe when arriving in America.
Being in the two biggest cities in the country a week apart was so cool. Two entirely different cities in two entirely different parts of the country. I have to say I favor LA, though.
This was done using the Pano mode on the Sony, and was hand-held.
