Units in this construction sheet have been scaled by 16 to eliminate fractions. Note that the drawing that accompanies the act specifies a height for the eagle, but it does not specify a width. Measurements from that drawing reveal a width of approximately 106 units (after scaling) which is consistent with the construction sheet shown at Flags of the World (FOTW). |
